Our factories are well equipped with all modern facilities to create a healthy environment for ( male & female workers, executives and staffs A close and cordial relationship is maintained betwet management and workers which has created a unique family atmosphere with in the organizatio Special care is being taken in respect of workers welfare and socio economic development. As a reSL higher productivity and attendant are achieved with minimum labor migration.

As a matter of policy our company does not employ any individual below 18 years and affirms i full support to the National and International Convention and Programs for Childrens Right.

FIRE PROTECTION


             Our every floor is well equipped with all modern fire fighting equipments and our peoples are al~ well trained to operate those equipments. Our workers maneuver the fire prevention and evacuatio drill at least once in a month.

MEDICAL FACILITIES


             We always take care of the workers Medical treatment. We have full time medical team in our a factories with highly experienced Doctor and trained N.urses for the Medical treatment and regul, Check up of the factory workers and staffs. We are providing them FREE Doctors Consultanc treatment and FREE Medicines.

IN'HOUSE DINNING FACILITIES AND WORKERS REST ROOM


Our Factories have proper in house healthy and clean dinning facility and canteen facilities for th workers. There is also in house rest room facility in our factories For the male and female worker separately. Also there is in house prayer room facility for male and female workers separately.

DAY CARE CENTER


             Our factories are one of the very few factori~s in Bangladesh which has proper in house Day Carl Center facility .. Our Day Care Centers are equipped with all the amenities for the children and thei mothers. We always take care of our each and every workers and staffs for their Healthy and Cheerfu life.
